Weston, WI (June 19, 2026) – An 18-year-old man was killed on Wednesday following a two-vehicle crash at a rural intersection near Weston in Clark County.
Officials identified the deceased as Sebastian Humphrey Whiting-O’Keefe. According to reports, the collision occurred at the intersection of CTH H, CTH O, and CTH G when a Chevrolet Equinox failed to stop at a posted stop sign and entered the path of a westbound Ram pickup.
The two vehicles collided and came to rest in a ditch northwest of the intersection. Whiting-O’Keefe, who was the sole occupant of the Equinox, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the wreck.
The pickup driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. No additional information regarding that person’s condition was released.
