What Is Reviewed After a Crash Involving a Semi-Truck?
Crashes involving semi-trucks can require a review of several factors, including vehicle movement, roadway conditions, and damage patterns. The size difference between commercial trucks and passenger vehicles can affect the severity of a collision.
Investigators may examine the condition of the vehicles, traffic conditions, and other available evidence from the scene. Safe driving practices, proper vehicle maintenance, and awareness around large trucks can help reduce the risk of serious crashes.
