Thornton, CO (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious vehicle accident at the intersection of E 102nd Ave and Washington St on January 19, where at least one individual sustained injuries and required extrication from a vehicle.
Units from Thornton Fire, including Battalion Chief 71, Engine 63, and additional personnel, were dispatched following reports of a collision involving significant vehicle damage. Upon arrival, responders confirmed that at least one person was trapped and initiated extrication procedures to safely remove the victim from the wreckage.
