Butler, PA (June 4, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision on the eastbound on-ramp from N Main St Extit to Route 422 left two people hurt on Wednesday afternoon, June 3. The wreck was reported at approximately 5:15 p.m., with both vehicles coming to rest off the roadway.
A male was evaluated at the scene, a female reported chest and neck pain following the accident, and one patient was taken to a hospital at approximately 5:39 p.m.
Emergency units arrived and assessed both people before clearing the roadway. Vehicle damage was described as minor.
