Lake Crystal, MN (July 31, 2026) – Two people were hurt after a three-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening, at EB Highway 60 near milepost 94 in Blue Earth County. The accident happened around 5:07 p.m. on July 29.
Investigators said a Ford F350 was traveling south and crossing Highway 60 when it collided with an eastbound Ford Expedition and a Kia Forte that was facing north at the intersection. The vehicles collided in the intersection, resulting in a T-bone crash.
The Ford Expedition driver, 30-year-old Tabitha Irene Diaz of Saint James, and the Kia Forte driver, 29-year-old Seanna Rose Chantler of Mankato, were taken to MCHS Mankato with non-life-threatening injuries. The Ford F350 driver, a 15-year-old girl, and passenger Aaron Daniel Jones, 48, of Lake Crystal, were not hurt.
