Bakersfield, CA (July 26, 2026) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that resulted in minor injuries early on Friday morning, July 24, on northbound SR 99 near Panama Lane in Bakersfield. The incident was reported at approximately 1:51 a.m. near the exit area.
The California Highway Patrol reported that a white Mazda 3 and a pickup truck hauling a trailer were among the vehicles involved. A white Ram pickup truck overturned during the crash and collided with a Toyota Camry, adding another vehicle to the collision.
Responders located the vehicles on the northbound side of SR 99 near Panama Lane. The involved party was transported away from the scene, and tow truck services were requested for multiple vehicles, including the trailer and ATV. The crash was later classified as a minor injury collision.
