Virginia Beach, VA (January 10, 2026) – Two people were involved in a single-vehicle crash early on January 9 near the intersection of Northampton Blvd and Burton Station Rd, prompting a response from local rescue units and police.
The vehicle, identified as a black Kia Soul, left the roadway under unclear circumstances shortly after 3:00 a.m. Emergency responders arrived to find both occupants still inside the vehicle. While the full extent of their injuries had not been confirmed at the time, medics were dispatched to provide treatment on scene.
Authorities requested additional support from law enforcement as part of the initial response. No other vehicles were involved, and no information has been released regarding potential contributing factors such as speed or impairment.
