Washington County, MD (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded late on January 9 to a personal injury collision on Interstate 70 eastbound in the area of the 38-mile marker. The crash was reported at approximately 11:03 p.m., prompting the dispatch of multiple fire and rescue units.
Crews arriving at the scene worked to assess and assist the individuals involved. At least one person was reported injured, though the extent of their injuries and whether hospital transport was required has not been confirmed at this time.
