Conway, SC (August 10, 2026) – The Horry County Fire Rescue unit reported to the scene where four people were injured after two boats collided on Saturday evening, August 8, at Bucksville Landing on the Waccamaw River. Emergency units were dispatched at approximately 6:43 p.m.
Two boats sustained damage in the collision, according to officials. All four injured people were taken to a hospital for treatment. Officials reported that the incident was under control after emergency crews responded. We are thinking of those affected and wish them well in recovery.
