West Rancho Dominguez, CA (February 1, 2026) – Emergency crews responded in the early morning hours following a traffic collision with injuries at the intersection of McKinley Ave and E 137th St in West Rancho Dominguez. The crash was reported around 2:50 a.m. on January 30, according to scanner traffic from LA County Fire Dispatch.
First responders, including paramedics from Squad 41 and Engine 95, were dispatched with Advanced Life Support capabilities due to the severity of the reported injuries. Emergency medical services provided treatment at the scene to at least one individual. The nature and extent of the injuries have not been confirmed publicly.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was also en route to assist with traffic control and further investigation. The intersection, located in a residential and industrial zone, experienced temporary delays as crews worked to stabilize the situation and clear the roadway.
