Oklahoma City, OK (July 15, 2026) – A crash involving three vehicles claimed the life of a 25-year-old woman after a road rage incident on Highway 152 near SW 59th Street in southwest Oklahoma City on Monday morning, July 13. The crash happened around 7 a.m.
According to reports, the incident began as a road-rage incident between two vehicles traveling north on Highway 152. One vehicle struck the passenger side of another car, causing it to roll into the southbound lanes, where it hit a third vehicle head-on. The driver of the third vehicle was identified as Sharon Ladimar Paz Herrera.
A child was inside her vehicle and secured in a car seat. Herrera and the driver of the vehicle that rolled into southbound traffic were taken to a hospital. Herrera later died from her injuries, while the other driver suffered a broken arm and shoulder. The child and the other driver involved in the road rage incident were not hurt.
Deputies are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, and more details will be released as soon as they become available. We extend our sincere condolences to the family of Herrera during this difficult time.
