According to dispatch audio from Washington State Patrol, the incident occurred near the gore point between I‑705 and I‑5. Emergency responders arrived on scene to assist the injured and manage the traffic flow. Ramp closures were implemented at the interchange to secure the area and allow safe access for EMS and cleanup crews.
