Candia, NH (January 9, 2026) – A pre-dawn collision on Route 101 eastbound left at least one person injured and prompted a multi-agency emergency response on Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred near mile marker 64.8 around 5:30 a.m. Emergency crews from Candia, along with automatic mutual aid from Auburn Fire, responded to the scene to assist those involved. Paramedics administered medical care to at least one injured individual while fire crews worked to secure the area.
Travel along Route 101 was disrupted as responders managed traffic and worked to assess the cause and extent of the incident. Officials advised motorists to use caution in the area due to slowed movement and emergency vehicles.
