Manchester, NH (January 14, 2026) – A head-on collision in Manchester on Monday evening left at least one person injured and forced the closure of a key intersection in the downtown area.
The crash occurred around 7:51 p.m. on January 12 at the intersection of Canal St and Dow St. According to reports from the scene, two vehicles collided head-on, resulting in visible damage and requiring immediate medical attention for at least one occupant.
Paramedics arrived swiftly and worked to assist those hurt in the crash. The severity of the injuries has not been officially confirmed, but emergency care was rendered before the injured were transported from the scene. Witnesses described a heavy emergency presence as Canal St was shut down at Dow St to allow for treatment and cleanup.
