The incident occurred around 4:24 p.m. and involved a white box truck and a white Honda Civic. According to dispatch audio, the box truck reportedly left the scene following the crash, while the Honda Civic remained disabled on the express lanes.
Emergency personnel were quickly dispatched after a report that one occupant was unable to exit their vehicle. First responders provided medical attention on site, and at least one person was treated for injuries sustained in the collision.
