Oklahoma City, OK (January 15, 2026) – A traffic accident with reported injuries occurred early Thursday morning at the intersection of North Meridian Ave and West Wilshire Blvd in northwest Oklahoma City.
The crash was reported around 5:34 a.m., and both Engine 34 and Rescue Ladder 34 were dispatched to the scene. Responding crews located at least one vehicle involved in the incident and provided immediate care to the injured parties.
Paramedics treated victims on site, and at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical attention. Officials have not confirmed the number of individuals involved or the severity of the injuries sustained.
