Lexington, SC (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision with reported injuries Friday evening near the intersection of South Lake Drive and Lilled Road in Lexington.
The crash occurred around 5:56 p.m. on January 17. Medic One Eight Bravo and other emergency units were dispatched to the scene, coordinating the response via Ops Two radio operations.
