Hermitage, TN (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash with injuries early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Lebanon Pike and Old Hickory Blvd in the Hermitage area. The accident occurred at approximately 8:55 a.m. and involved a collision at the junction of TN-24 (US-70) and TN-45, a heavily trafficked section of eastern Davidson County.
Paramedics and fire crews responded quickly, working to assist individuals hurt in the crash. At least one person sustained injuries and received medical treatment on-site before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care. The vehicles involved showed signs of moderate damage, and the impact disrupted traffic flow during the morning commute.
