Bowling Green, KY (January 31, 2026) – Emergency responders from multiple Warren County agencies were dispatched Friday afternoon to a serious head-on collision that resulted in injuries on Cemetery Rd near Iron Bridge Rd.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:06 p.m. on January 30 in the 1600 block of Cemetery Rd. According to dispatch audio, the collision involved two vehicles that struck each other head-on, prompting a large emergency response including Station 123, Engine 24, and Tanker 22, along with EMS personnel.
First responders arrived to find moderate vehicle damage and reports of injured occupants, including at least one individual experiencing difficulty breathing. Medics provided on-site treatment and began evaluating the severity of injuries. The number of patients and extent of injuries has not been officially confirmed at this time.
The intersection of Cemetery Rd with Rector Rd and Iron Bridge Rd was temporarily blocked as crews managed the scene and initiated rescue efforts. Fire command established control shortly after arrival and coordinated resources on the ground.
