Safety Considerations for Motorized Bike Riders
Motorized bikes are smaller and less visible than cars, which increases the risk of collisions. Young riders often have limited experience, making it more challenging to react safely in traffic.
Wearing protective gear, such as helmets, gloves, and pads, can help reduce the severity of injuries in crashes. Even low-speed accidents can result in serious harm, including head trauma or broken bones.
Following traffic laws and staying aware of surrounding vehicles is key to safe riding. Both drivers and riders benefit from caution, especially on busy streets and during late afternoon or evening hours.
