Chicago, IL (January 11, 2026) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run collision early Friday morning on Chicago’s West Side. The incident occurred around 4:21 a.m. on January 10 near the intersection of North Pulaski Road and West Grand Avenue, according to dispatch reports.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, where witnesses reported that a red Chevrolet struck a pedestrian and then fled southbound from the location. The vehicle’s identifying information was relayed to officers in the area, and the investigation remains ongoing.
