The collision was reported at approximately 3:54 p.m. and involved a red Nissan Rogue, a black Ford pickup truck, a silver Toyota Corolla, and a black Kia. The call was later upgraded to request medical assistance after it was reported that a child had a cut on their leg.
One lane of eastbound Douglas Boulevard was blocked while emergency units worked at the scene. Tow trucks were requested for the vehicles involved, although later updates indicated only three vehicles required towing.
