Palm Harbor, FL (July 8, 2026) – A child was injured in a three-vehicle rollover crash near East Lake Road and Ruen Drive after a 24-year-old woman was accused of causing the collision while driving with a young child in the vehicle.
The crash occurred at approximately 10:29 p.m. on Monday, July 6. According to Florida Highway Patrol arrest affidavits, Alyssa Renee Earley was driving a 2009 Saturn when the vehicle left the roadway, struck two other vehicles and a speed-limit sign, and overturned.
The child, who was 1½ years old, suffered a cut to the nose and was treated at a hospital before being released. Investigators said Earley was the only adult in the vehicle and was responsible for the child’s care at the time of the crash; they also allege Earley was impaired at the time of the collision.
Following her arrest, she was charged with felony child neglect, DUI with a minor passenger, refusal to submit to testing, and three counts of DUI involving property damage.
