Columbus, OH (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Saturday to a vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of E 17th Ave and the southbound lanes of I-71 in Columbus, near a heavily traveled corridor just north of downtown.
The crash occurred during the day and involved at least one vehicle with visible damage. Medics and fire personnel arrived promptly and provided medical assistance to an injured individual at the scene. That person was later transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
