Tucson, AZ (June 29, 2026) – A motorcyclist lost his life early on Saturday morning, June 27, at the intersection of East Broadway and North Campbell Avenue in Tucson. Authorities were called to investigate at 2 a.m.
According to the preliminary investigation, Jose Nadir Parra was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound on Broadway in the median lane when he entered the intersection at Campbell Avenue. Police said Parra failed to stop for a red light and was struck by a northbound vehicle.
Parra was pronounced dead at the scene. No additional details about the other driver were released as of the time of this report.
