Fort Worth, TX (January 15, 2026) – A woman was transported to JPS Hospital late Wednesday night following a T-bone collision near South Main St in Fort Worth that resulted in multiple injuries.
According to dispatch audio, the crash occurred approximately an hour to an hour and a half before 11:00 p.m., with the impact estimated at 40 to 45 miles per hour. Medics responded to the scene and evaluated the female victim, who was found to be lethargic and reported using fentanyl earlier in the evening. Despite this, emergency personnel noted there were no signs of an overdose.
She sustained a laceration with swelling near her right eye and reported pain in her neck and right leg. Paramedics assessed her vital signs and initiated transport to JPS Hospital for further care, maintaining stable oxygen and heart rate levels during the trip.
The exact location of the crash was identified in the area of S Main St, and emergency crews remained at the scene to support cleanup and ensure roadway safety. Law enforcement officials have not yet released details about other vehicles involved or any contributing factors.
