What Factors Can Lead to Serious Injuries in Intersection Crashes
Intersections are common crash locations due to crossing traffic and turning movements. When vehicles collide at these points, the angle of impact can increase injury severity.
Speed and timing also play a role, as drivers may not have enough time to react to changing traffic conditions.
Staying alert and following traffic signals can help reduce the likelihood of serious crashes at intersections.
