Placer County, CA (July 11, 2026) – Four people were reported hurt in an accident on Saturday afternoon on Yankee Jims Rd near Adam Pit Rd in Placer County. The collision was reported at approximately 2:11 p.m. and involved a blue Honda Pilot, a Ford Focus, and a tree.
Initial dispatch information indicated that three people sustained minor injuries while one person was seriously hurt. An air ambulance and two ground ambulances were requested, and the roadway was temporarily blocked as emergency units worked at the scene.
The vehicles involved were later identified as a Ford Focus and a Honda Pilot, both of which required towing. Additional details about the people involved had not been released at the time of publication. The cause of the wreck remains under review as more information becomes available.
