Gastonia, NC (January 12, 2026) – A vehicle crash resulting in injuries was reported near the intersection of W Garrison Blvd and S Marietta St, prompting a response from emergency crews in the area surrounding the local Food Lion store.
The incident occurred shortly after 8:15 a.m., according to dispatch records. Units from District Three and Ladder Three were sent to the scene, which spans a busy commercial stretch near East Garrison Blvd and South St.
Upon arrival, fire and rescue personnel located the involved vehicles and began assisting those hurt. While the exact number of injured individuals remains unconfirmed, authorities indicated that medical care was rendered on-site.
