Indianapolis, IN (January 28, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident with reported injuries occurred early morning, January 28 on the southbound I-465 on-ramp at West 10th St, causing a temporary blockage at the ramp’s entrance.
The crash was reported around 3:50 a.m., with both vehicles ending up on the left shoulder at the top of the ramp, restricting access to the on-ramp. Emergency responders, including EMS, were dispatched to the scene to assess and treat those injured.
Authorities confirmed that a tow truck was also en route, with an estimated arrival time of five minutes after dispatch. Additional collisions were reported in the area, possibly complicating response efforts.
The current condition of the injured parties has not been disclosed, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
