Indianapolis, IN (January 20, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision near Madison Ave on January 19 that left two people injured and in need of medical attention. The crash involved a white Volkswagen Passat and a white Honda CRV.
According to dispatch communications, a female passenger sustained head and knee pain, while a male involved in the crash reported chest pain. Both individuals were awake and breathing when medics arrived at the scene. Two medical units were requested to provide care and transport.
The crash took place near the Homecroft area, and units from Charles 145 and Southeast 51 were among those who responded to the scene. The roadway remained active while responders assessed injuries and began the investigation into the cause of the accident.
