Irwindale, CA (February 21, 2026) – A traffic collision with injuries was reported on Friday morning on the westbound I-210 just west of the Irwindale Ave on-ramp. The crash occurred shortly after 6:15 a.m. and initially blocked the fast lane.
Early reports described a red pickup truck overturned in the No. 1 lane. The incident involved at least one other vehicle. Emergency units arrived and temporarily held lanes No. 1 and No. 2 while flares were placed and crews worked at the scene.
Fire personnel evaluated those involved. One person was transported to a hospital as a precaution, though no visible external injuries were reported at the time. The roadway was later cleared, and the damaged vehicle was removed by a tow truck.
Traffic was impacted during the morning commute as responders worked to reopen lanes. The incident remains under review by authorities. We are thinking of those injured and wish them a full recovery.
