Jackson Twp, PA (January 20, 2026) – A rollover crash involving entrapment was reported on Old Hanover Rd near Pigeon Hill Rd and Colonial Valley Rd in Jackson Township on January 19. The accident occurred around 5:43 p.m. and prompted a multi-agency emergency response due to the severity of the situation.
Units from Northeast Adams Fire and EMS, including Fire Station 11, Rescue 4, ACE 32-2, and EMS Station 97-5, responded to the scene, located approximately three houses down from the 1052 block of Old Hanover Rd. Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle overturned with at least one occupant trapped inside.
Rescue personnel worked swiftly to free the trapped individual, and EMS began evaluating injuries on scene. The person involved in the crash was treated for trauma, though full details on the extent of the injuries have not yet been released.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and traffic in the area was temporarily disrupted as crews completed extrication and cleared the roadway.
