Johnson County, TX (January 18, 2026) – A serious rollover crash in Johnson County prompted an emergency medical response and air transport late Friday, after a vehicle overturned near the 3400 block of County Road 911.

According to reports from the scene, the crash involved at least one vehicle that rolled over, trapping an occupant inside. Emergency crews from Johnson County ESD Battalion 1, Engine 83, Godley Engine 74, CareFlite EMS, and law enforcement all responded to the incident.

One individual was extricated from the vehicle by fire crews and was reported to have sustained serious injuries. Due to the severity of the situation, a CareFlite medical helicopter was launched to provide rapid transport to a nearby trauma facility.

Authorities have not yet released details regarding the cause of the crash or the current condition of the injured individual. An investigation is ongoing to determine what factors led to the rollover.
