Lewis Center, OH (January 13, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle collision with injuries on Monday at the intersection of Lazelle Rd and South Old State Rd in Lewis Center, according to local dispatch reports.
The crash occurred during the day and involved at least two vehicles. Paramedics arrived at the scene to evaluate and assist those injured in the collision. At least one person required medical treatment, with transport arranged to a nearby hospital for further care.
Traffic through the intersection was slowed as first responders worked to stabilize the scene and clear the wreckage. The extent of injuries has not yet been released, and officials are still working to determine the events that led to the crash.
The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is expected to continue its investigation into the cause of the incident.
