What Happens During Multi-Vehicle Rollover Crashes?
Busy approaches near 84th Street and Hazelwood Drive can slow rapidly following crashes, especially when several vehicles are involved. Crews in Lincoln may redirect traffic as needed to keep the area safe.
Rollover crashes often occur when a vehicle strikes another object at an angle or speed that causes it to tip. These incidents can involve multiple impacts, increasing the risk of damage and injury for everyone involved.
When a driver becomes trapped, responders must work carefully to remove them without causing further harm. The vehicle’s structure, along with how it landed, can affect how quickly and safely a person can be rescued.
