The crash was reported at approximately 11:49 a.m. on January 31, according to scanner audio from Dispatch Pacific (Channel 14).
First responders, including units from the West Traffic Division, responded under Code 3 status, indicating the need for immediate medical attention. Upon arrival, paramedics began treating an individual who had been struck while riding a bicycle.
