Louisville, KY (January 19, 2026) – Emergency units responded to an accident with reported injuries near the intersection of Blue Lick Rd and Preston Hwy on January 18. The two vehicles involved, a brown compact car and a red SUV, reportedly pulled into the parking lot of a nearby Mexican restaurant following the collision.
The crash occurred during the early afternoon hours, prompting a rapid response from local crews to assess the scene and check on those involved. At least one individual sustained injuries in the accident and was evaluated by emergency personnel on site. The extent of injuries has not been officially released.
