Prince George’s County, MD (July 8, 2026) – A 23-year-old man was killed, and another driver was critically injured in a head-on crash on Monday afternoon, July 6, on the 11900 block of Croom Road in Prince George’s County. Emergency units responded to the scene at approximately 3:30 p.m.
According to officials, two vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the drivers, identified as Juan Hawkins of Brandywine, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was taken to a hospital and was reported to be in critical condition later Monday afternoon.
