Manchester, CT (January 23, 2026) – A multi-vehicle accident at the intersection of Main St and Center St Thursday afternoon resulted in injuries.
The crash occurred around 2:14 p.m. on January 22 and involved three vehicles. Emergency crews responded swiftly after reports of airbag deployment and at least one individual experiencing chest soreness. Medical personnel assessed the injured party at the scene, and additional evaluations were conducted to ensure the safety of all involved.
Crews also addressed safety concerns around a pole that was reportedly struck during the crash, securing the area to prevent further hazard. Traffic in the intersection was temporarily impacted while the scene was managed and vehicles were removed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision and whether factors such as speed, visibility, or road conditions may have contributed.
