Miami, FL (January 8, 2026) – A 75-year-old man was injured early Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Northwest 9th Street and NW 32nd Avenue in Miami. The incident occurred around 4:03 a.m. and prompted a response from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units.
According to dispatch audio, the collision involved a black pickup truck and the pedestrian, who was reported to be elderly. Emergency responders arrived on scene and began rendering aid to the injured man. His current condition has not yet been released.
This area of northwest Miami is a mix of residential and commercial streets, and while traffic is lighter in the early morning hours, visibility can be reduced.
