Miami Gardens, FL (May 14, 2026) – Three drivers were hospitalized after a three-car crash in Miami Gardens on Wednesday, May 13. The collision happened just before 8:40 p.m. near Northwest 199th Street and Ninth Avenue.
Officials said a black Kia K5 was traveling north on Ninth Avenue before the crash. It then collided with a red Lexus that was traveling east on Northwest 199th Street.
The impact pushed the Lexus into a red Ford Fusion that was traveling west. The driver of the Lexus, who was pregnant, was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition.
Emergency units also took the other two drivers to a local hospital by ground for treatment, although their conditions were not included in the initial report.
The crash remains under investigation. Additional details may become available as authorities continue their review.
