Dora, MO (July 20, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a car on MO H near Dora on Saturday afternoon. The collision happened at about 4:20 p.m. on July 18 and resulted in serious injuries to the motorcyclist.
The crash occurred when a 17-year-old driver of a 1995 Ford Taurus was making a left turn and failed to yield to a southbound 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The two vehicles collided, causing the motorcycle to suffer total damage. The teenage driver from Dora suffered minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare West Plains.
The 47-year-old motorcyclist from Caulfield suffered serious injuries and was flown by Air Evac 12 to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. This is a developing story. Our thoughts are with those injured, and we wish them a full recovery.
