Williams County, OH (June 21, 2026) – An evening crash led to a motorcyclist being killed and another person being injured after a crash on Friday, June 19, on U.S. 6 near the 5-mile marker in Williams County.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. when an SUV traveling westbound on U.S. 6 crossed the center line and struck a motorcycle traveling eastbound, according to a preliminary investigation. The SUV was driven by Eugene Mudrack Jr. of Bryan, Ohio. The motorcycle was operated by Charles Ivey of Defiance, Ohio, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mudrack was taken to a regional hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. U.S. 6 was closed for approximately three hours while responders worked at the scene. This is a developing story.
