Sacramento, CA (June 21, 2026) – A pedestrian lost their life on Friday night after being struck by a vehicle along Folsom Boulevard near Bradshaw Road in Sacramento.
According to information from the California Highway Patrol traffic log, the fatal accident was reported at approximately 9:38 p.m. on Friday, June 19. Initial reports indicated a vehicle had struck a person in the westbound lanes just east of Bradshaw Road. Several vehicles had stopped nearby, though callers were unable to determine which vehicle was involved.
Emergency units arrived and confirmed the pedestrian was deceased. The Sacramento County Coroner was notified later in the evening. Additional details regarding the circumstances leading up to the accident were not immediately released.
