Goodyear, AZ (July 16, 2026) – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt on July 14 after a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Litchfield and McDowell roads in Goodyear.
The crash happened shortly before 1 p.m., involving a motorcycle and another vehicle. Emergency units arrived and took the rider to a nearby hospital with serious injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. The police said the man was not wearing a helmet when the collision occurred.
The woman driving the other vehicle was also taken to a local hospital as a precaution. Traffic restrictions remained in place while crews worked on the roadway and investigators gathered evidence.
