Napa, CA (January 10, 2026) – A collision involving multiple vehicles led to injuries Friday night along State Route 29 just south of 1st St in Napa. First responders, including paramedics and fire personnel, arrived at the scene and worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the hit-and-run crash.
The incident was reported around 8:00 p.m. in the northbound lanes of SR-29 near the 1st St off-ramp. According to dispatch logs, one vehicle was located in the center divider, while two others were positioned along the right-hand shoulder. A black Jaguar sedan sustained visible damage, including side scrapes and dents. The vehicle was later towed from the scene between 1st and 2nd St.
Initial reports indicate that the driver responsible for the crash fled the scene before authorities arrived. Medics treated a variety of injuries on-site as the California Highway Patrol coordinated towing services and roadway clearance. By approximately 10:00 p.m., the scene had been cleared and CHP had begun their investigation into the hit-and-run.
Authorities have not yet released identifying information about the suspect vehicle. Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant information to come forward.
