Columbus, OH (July 14, 2026) – A motorcyclist lost his life following a collision on Interstate 70 West near Fairwood Avenue on Monday, July 13. Emergency units were dispatched at approximately 6:45 a.m.
The motorcycle made contact with a Toyota SUV. The rider, identified as 23-year-old Miquaith Andrick, was separated from the motorcycle during the sequence. Andrick was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. He later died from his injuries.
Westbound Interstate 70 was closed for several hours while the roadway was examined. Authorities continue reviewing evidence to determine the complete circumstances surrounding the wreck.
