Cumberland County, NC (July 14, 2026) – Two people were taken to a hospital following a crash at Wade-Stedman Road and Hayfield Road in Wade on Sunday night, July 12. A Honda sedan ran a stop sign on Hayfield Road and was struck by a Chevrolet truck traveling on Wade-Stedman Road.
Both people were taken to a hospital for treatment. No details about the severity of their injuries were immediately available following the wreck.
