Motorcycle Crashes and Impaired Driving Risks
Motorcycle crashes can result in serious injuries due to the limited protection riders have during an impact. Road conditions, speed, and impaired driving can all significantly increase the risk of losing control of a motorcycle.
Safety officials continue to remind motorists that alcohol impairment can slow reaction times and affect judgment, especially while operating motorcycles on rural roads and curves.
